1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website at tastingmallorca.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
4. Deposit Policy
For certain tours, we may offer the option to book with a deposit. The deposit amount secures your place on the tour. The remaining balance is due to be paid directly to the guide on the day of the tour. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the customer.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tasting Mallorca and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
